If objects are out of the realm of canvas at all, virtually any objects around us can be used for my works.
I don’t chase what is so-called the ‘aesthesis of object’ that is neither to trail ‘anti-art’ nor such that one wants to make a cozy harmonization of materials.
As certain objects are touched by my hands, they become converted according to my self-prioritized formative senses.

오브제란 것이 일단 캔버스를 떠난 것일 바에는 손쉽게 우리 주변에서 구할 수 있는 현대의 기물도 충분히 나의 소재가 된다
'오브제 미학'이 표방하는 반예술성을 쫓는 것도 아니고, 물질을 아름답게 꿰 맞추고 싶지도 않다.
일단 내 손에 들어온 오브제는 나의 조형감각의 우선 순위에 따라 새로운 생성물로 변할 뿐이다.
